Store Manager
Required to manage the store in order to achieve maximum sales and profitability. You will motivate staff to achieve the highest standards of sales performance, provide first-class customer service, and ensure all Company policies; procedures and administrative processes are upheld.

Assistant Store Manager
To effectively motivate staff to achieve the highest standards of customer service, administration and ultimately sales performance. To assist with the daily running of the store, deputizing for the Store Manager as required and ensuring that all Company policies, procedures, controls and administrative processes are implemented and upheld.

Customer Service Administrator
To process all store documentation to the highest standards. Ensure banking is correct and complete each day and to treat every customer courteously in all dealings, such as answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.

Sales Associate
Motivated salesperson committed to excellent customer service. Candidate must possess the ability to build and manage relationships with individual customers. This is a hands-on job for an energetic, hard working salesperson. The best candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, a desire for total customer satisfaction. Though no specific industry experience is required, the ideal candidate will have some prior selling experience and training.

Warehouse Assistant / Trainee Sales
To assist with the receipt and handling of carpets. Merchandizing the showroom, Cutting carpets, storage and dispatch of all merchandise. Ensure the warehouse area is clean and tidy and free from hazard.
